Website Development

Throughout this course of work, I have learned many things such as programming websites, coding functions for HTML and other things. In this class we completed our own built websites from scratch. We also achieved the goal of getting other widgets and objects on to our page which makes it look even more official. This can impact my life hugely, it can open up a lot of opportunities with in the programming world and along with other computer programming fields. This really has satisfied me because it makes me want to do better in computer business then I already do.

There was a huge comparison, it answered how fast the eye gets caught by a website design. This article would impact the way I would design a website tremendously. I would have very appealing looking logos, images and a good menu that has good selections. Those elements are essential and crucial to website traffic.

Data, Modeling ,and Design

This photo shop tool helped me use the C.A.D like functions but giving me a visual idea of what I wanted the picture to look like. This tool was in fact very intuitive and it helped me gain an understanding of how pictures are edited and I enjoyed it tremendously.  There are many advantages and disadvantages of this software. When you edit the pictures, they don't look as real because of the version and software this current one has. The advantage is that it can still keep pictures how you visualize it which is much like the C.A.D tool. 

  

How data tells a story

Basically data tells the story by what it provides. It has human communication through computers and it translates what it's proposing to you. For ex, a person is watching a television show and the character constantly eats the same thing, you would suggest they're favorite food is whats most seen. Finally, it shows images or others types of multimedia to propose what your seeing.

  

Web 1.0 - 3.0

 What I learned about searching the web is that the results you search can sometimes vary depending on what engine you use. For example, you can use a whole different domain and / or interface.Also, a search engine can have different types of coding which can change up the crawlers and inspectors of that specific website. As for the key words, depending on not only which website you use but which phrase you say, it can clarify the results that pop up.

                           

How do I use the internet ?

The way I use the internet is phenomenal. What I do on the internet in a week is search up statistics based off the NBA website. The devices that include the website would be my cellular device, and my Macintosh laptop. The total amount of hours I say that I am on the internet would be 30 hrs a week. I honestly say that I can do things more productive with my time but choose to not to. If I were a parent, I would not allow my child to use the internet for that long because they can become brain washed by it and use it constantly. It can get in their way of there main priorities such as homework, classwork, etc.

What I have learned from this assignment is that peer working can help you gain friends. My main challenge was getting the information from other people that was in my group. We worked through this problem by doing what Ms Butera told us and write the facts on a separate sheet of loose leaf. What I learned about my classmates is that one of them play a secondary sport which was soccer (ROBERTO) and the other person (Ibrahima) played tennis. These questions and options that Ms Butera gave us helped me gain a better understanding and view of my peers.
